Catherine, Excellent posts (this one and your pevious one on the empty quadrant). I have read several discussions on the empty quadrant and the need to adopt culture change prior to tapping into the empty quadrant. I don't dispute this, but we need to be careful it doesn't become the "only" enabler of collaboration. The tools we group under E20 need to be pervassive and simple. Because although culture is important, deeper than that is our basic human needs for social interaction. If the tools we provide are simple enough we can tap into that and use it to change culture instead of trying to change culture first...
